Job Summary

 We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents Real estate teams to join our Company.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, processes of residential and commercial properties.

This role requires strong communication skills, Energenic real estate agents , and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences in property management.

Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.

Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.

Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating showings, and following up with clients.

Utilize multilingual skills to cater to a diverse clientele and enhance customer service experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of real estate in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.

Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse communities. 

A valid real estate license is required.
